Rider Conduct & Safety Policy

For the safety and comfort of all passengers, RideReady requires customers to:

  • Wear a seatbelt at all times.
  • Refrain from smoking, vaping, or using illegal substances in the vehicle.
  • Treat the driver and vehicle respectfully.
  • Avoid behavior that could distract the driver or create an unsafe situation.

RideReady reserves the right to refuse or terminate service when safety concerns exist.

Service Agreement

By booking transportation services with RideReady Medical & Personal Transport, the customer agrees to the following terms:

  1. SERVICES PROVIDED
    RideReady provides non-emergency medical and personal transportation services, including transportation to medical appointments, pharmacies, grocery stores, airports, social events, and other approved destinations.
  2. NON-MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION
    RideReady is not an ambulance service and does not provide emergency medical care, medical monitoring, or wheelchair/stretcher transportation.
  3. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
    Customers must:
    • Be ready at the scheduled pickup time.
    • Wear a seatbelt at all times.
    • Treat the driver and vehicle respectfully.
    • Provide accurate pickup and destination information.
  4. SAFETY
    RideReady reserves the right to refuse service if a customer presents a safety risk to themselves, the driver, or others.
  5. PAYMENT
    Payment is due according to the rates published on the RideReady website or agreed upon at the time of booking.
  6. LIABILITY
    RideReady shall not be liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, accidents, or circumstances beyond its control.
  7. ACCEPTANCE
    By booking transportation services, the customer acknowledges that they have read and agree to these terms.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are free of charge.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• Customers who are not present within 15 minutes of the scheduled pickup time may be considered a no-show.

No-show appointments may be subject to a no-show fee up to the cost of the scheduled trip.

• RideReady reserves the right to waive fees due to emergencies or extenuating circumstances.
