Do you offer airport transportation?

Yes. We provide transportation to and from regional airports and can accommodate early morning or late evening flights with advance notice.

Can I bring groceries or personal items?

Absolutely. Grocery shopping, pharmacy pickups, errands, and personal transportation are some of our most requested services.

How do I pay?

We currently accept:

Payment is typically collected at pick-up.

Do you provide long-distance transportation?

Yes. RideReady offers both local and long-distance transportation. Contact us for a personalized quote.

Do you provide emergency transportation?

No. RideReady Transport is a non-emergency transportation service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 immediately.

Is advance booking required?

Not at all! If you have the ability to schedule rides in advance, that's great, but you can always call or text for immediate transportation.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for medical appointments, airport transportation, and long-distance trips. Same-day availability may be available depending on scheduling.

Do you provide transportation for medical appointments?

Yes. RideReady provides transportation to doctor visits, therapy appointments, hospital discharges, outpatient procedures, and other healthcare-related destinations.

Are pets allowed?

Yes. Well-behaved pets are welcome. A small pet fee may apply. Service animals always ride free.

How is RideReady different from Uber or Lyft?

RideReady provides direct communication, personalized service, and a familiar driver who understands the local community. You’re working directly with a local business—not a third-party rideshare platform.

Can I schedule recurring rides?

Yes. If you have recurring medical appointments, work transportation, or other regular travel needs, we can discuss ongoing scheduling options.

Who will be driving me?

Every RideReady trip is personally driven by Sheresa. Unlike rideshare apps, you will know exactly who is providing your transportation. This allows for a more personal, reliable, and consistent experience.
